Our best selling climbing frame; the tp Sherwood Tower (tp 815) is a truly impressive and popular addition to the range of tp wooden climbing frames. The tp Sherwood Tower offers flexible lay-outs, a fully modular design and can either stand alone or be joined by a huge range of add ons for even more fun!

You can add slides, swing arms, dens, and monkey bars, how about save some decision making and choose one of our ready made sets? Please note that this picture shows the tp Sherwood Rigging (tp817), this is not included in this set.

The Tower features a somersault bar and 2 roomy platforms at different heights, the higher one being partially enclosed with a pitched roof. The lower platform is accessed by galvanised steel rungs on both sides.

It comes complete with ground anchors and concreting them in (Postmix) is now recommended by the manufacturer (but we have never found it necessary). Made from galvanised steel and pressure treated pine. The tp Sherwood range now uses timber sourced from UK forests with FSC certification.

As with all wooden poles, the tp products will have some splits and these will change with the ambient temperature and humidity. The specification from tp Toys allows for individual splits up to 15mm wide and deep on their 100mm diameter poles (e.g. Sherwood Swing Beam - horizontal bar) and as the legs have a slightly smaller diameter (80mm); up to 12mm wide and deep on these before the strength is impacted.
