At Just tp Toys, we will always work with you to ensure that you receive your item in the safest, fastest, most economical and convenient manner possible. Our choice of delivery method depends on your location and the dimensions of your order.

We mainly use a combination of our own vehicles, Post Office and National Couriers.  Whichever way your order arrives, please remember to check it thoroughly and reject any item if it is damaged.  Please note that your signature is confirmation that all items have been received in good condition.  Once you sign your agreement upon delivery, neither the courier nor Just tp Toys can be held liable for damaged goods.

IF YOU IDENTIFY DAMAGED GOODS PLEASE REJECT THE DELIVERY.

Delivery is just £4.95 for orders delivered to UK mainland addresses by us or our couriers.

Please do note that certain products such as the larger or bulkier items are only available for local delivery from our display centre in Bucks. If you are outside our local area but require our JOT delivery service for a Local Delivery Only item, please do call a member of our team on 0800 954 0042 for assistance.

Courier deliveries are made anytime between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.  In our experience 95% of courier deliveries take place on the day we request, however, parcels can be delayed in their systems so please bear this in mind when ordering.

Unfortunately most couriers can no longer accept a signed instruction note from our customers so, someone must be available to inspect all items and sign to confirm their receipt IN GOOD CONDITION (see note above).

We appreciate that this can be inconvenient so please feel free to specify a delivery date or an alternative delivery address and we will try our best to organise this for you.

We cannot accept any liability for courier deliveries that are delayed, part-delivered or misdelivered, however, we will do our best to assist you.

Please note that Couriers are not able to take deliveries up stairs or carry them long distances.

For deliveries to off shore islands and the Highlands, additional freight charges will apply. 
Unfortunately we no longer ship to Eire or Norther Ireland.

As a specialist retailer we try to carry all items in stock all year round so delivery of regular items is normally within one week.

If you have an urgent or unusual requirement please contact us to discuss and we will try our very best to assist you.

Collections

If you intend to collect from our Display Centre, please make sure you have a suitable vehicle, roof rack, straps, ropes etc.  We can supply dimensions and weights of items. 

Returns

Here at Just tp Toys we invest a great deal of time in the selection of premium quality products that are robust and can be packaged securely.  In addition, we check many items prior to dispatch.

However, upon receipt, please check all items and if the goods have been damaged in transit, are faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
We will arrange a convenient time for their collection and/or replacement.

It  would be most helpful if you could prepare all items for return with the original packaging and return address, along with a copy of your invoice.

For damaged, faulty or miss-shipped goods we reserve the right to either, exchange the item/part or refund you, once the goods have been received by us.

We strongly advise customers to read all assembly instructions since we cannot refund/exchange used or customer damaged items.

Our Returns Policy is limited to 14 days from receipt of goods.
When the product is a Factory Direct item and has been specially ordered for you the 14 day product exchange does not apply, these one-off orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.  On the rare occassion that we can accept the return of one of these items, there will be a re-stocking fee.

Your legal rights are not affected.
